Is a Vietnamese tasting menu pop-up, a project created by Giang Trinh. 

"A home-cooked meal inspired by my mother's recipes.”

We’ll be serving up “Vietnamese Drinking Food!” A bunch of bites that perfectly pair well with the cocktail creations by Gabe Chavez from Last Rites. 

MUSIC

Mauricio Aviles - DJ Mo Lux

Aviles will be pacing the evening with a sound scape of soul, funk, jazz, world music, boogie and house.
